All apartments are furnished with full kitchens, laundry facilities, internet connection, most have 2 undercover parking spaces and a storage cage. A complimentary fortnightly Service Clean is included for all apartments. Premium apartments are either waterfront or have water views.  Apartments are individually owned so some inclusions and furniture will vary.

Twin share rooms are very popular so book early to secure your accommodation.

Before we can allocate you to a bedroom within an apartment, we need you to pay the equivalent of 6 weeks rent. (4 weeks rent goes to your Bond (security deposit) which is held by the Residential Tenancy Authority and the remainder will pay your rent for the first 2 weeks). 

Apartments are only allocated once ALL bedrooms are booked by individual applicants. If you prefer to rent alone you will be responsible to pay the full rental amount for the apartment (i.e. for a two bedroom premium apartment in The Reserve = $560 per week).

On arrival, all tenants allocated to share an apartment together will be required to sign a general tenancy agreement (lease).

All leases commence on semester start date & terminate on semester end date unless prior arrangements are made. All allocated tenants going into an apartment must agree on any negotiated variations to the lease start & end dates.

Office hours for arrival check in for the first week of each semester will be between 8am & 5pm Monday to Friday. Arriving outside these hours may incur a fee.
